The file No. 2025029155 presented by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF 39 Custodia Dólares FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024005257 on February 07, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Custodia Dólares Mutual Fund Program", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with a letter presented on July 04, 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian letter for the exclusion of the mutual fund IF 39 Custodia Dólares FMIV from the REGISTRY. That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF 39 Custodia Dólares FMIV" from the Public Registry
of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on
the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv ).
