The file 2024051605 presented by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 7-2025-SMV/10.2 of January 3, 2025, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, the "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Dólares II FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023042092 on October 5, 2023, under the "Program of Sura Defined Term Mutual Funds", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 7-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities
named "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Dólares II FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Fondos
Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
