The file No. 2024046271 initiated by Blum Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 105-2025-SMV/10.2 of January 20 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until January 16 2025, Blum Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence the registration of modifications to the simplified prospectus and
annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities
denominated "Blum Renta Global Fondo Mutuo", referred to modifications on: i) benchmark indicator, ii) clarifications on the allocation of the net asset value and on the term for the payment of redemptions, iii) means and hours of service and iv) risk factors; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Blum Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrative Companies, approved by Resolution Conasev No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, as well as with what is stated by the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 105-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund of investment in securities denominated "Blum Renta Global Fondo Mutuo", in the section corresponding to the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 6, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Blum
Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to the Bank of Credit of Peru, in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish. Armando Manco Manco General Superintendent General Supervision of Entities
