File No. 2024052857 submitted by Interfondos
S.A. Fund Management Company and Report No. 097-2025-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy; CONSIDERING:
That, by file No. 2023048155 of November 15,
2023, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called "IF 36 Custodia Dólares FMIV", which is part of the mutual fund program called "Custodia Dólares Mutual Fund Program", was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to the expiration of the duration term, as developed in Report No. 097-2025-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with the provisions of article 38, item 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities called "IF 36 Custodia Dólares FMIV" from the Public Registry
of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
