File No. 2024047215 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 126- 2025-SMV/10.2 dated January 27, 2025, from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 23, 2025, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence for the registration of modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities named “Fondo de Fondos SURA Strategic Capital I FMIV”; That, the changes refer to the denomination, objective and investment policy, the comparison indicator of returns, commission unified fund, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. complies with what is provided by: (i) article 55 of the Regulations of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Administrative Companies; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Resolution of Superintendent No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 126- 2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided in article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund of investment in securities named “Fondo de Fondos SURA Strategic Capital I FMIV” whose denomination will be modified to “Fondo de Fondos SURA Conservative Management Soles FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Register of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus
and annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1st enter into force on February 14, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Fondos
