File No. 2024047216 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 128-2025-SMV/10.2 dated January 27, 2025, from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 23, 2025, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund investing in securities named “Fondo de Fondos SURA Capital Estratégico II FMIV”; That, the changes refer to the denomination, objective and investment policy, the performance comparison indicator, the unified commission of the fund, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds Investing in Securities and their Managing Companies; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 128-2025-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1°.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund investing in securities named “Fondo de Fondos SURA Capital Estratégico II FMIV” whose denomination will be modified to “Fondo de Fondos SURA Gestión Moderada Soles FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2°.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1 become effective on February 14, 2025.
Article 3°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4°.- Transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in their capacity as custodian.
