HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025000145 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 147-2025- SMV/10.2 dated January 29, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through documents submitted until January 28, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Deuda Latam FMIV", referred to the investment objective;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies; and, the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 147-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Deuda Latam FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 18, 2025.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to the Credit Bank of Peru, in its capacity as custodian.
