HAVING SEEN:

The file 2025003684 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company, as well as Report No. 184-2025-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendency;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF 37 Custodia Dólares FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023049890 on November 29, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds Custodia Dólares", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of the term, as developed in Report No. 184-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with Article 38, paragraph 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment
fund in securities named "IF 37 Custodia Dólares FMIV", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).

Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
