SEEN:

The file No. 2024045618 initiated by Blum Asset Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 188-2025-SMV/10.2 dated February 5, 2025, from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings presented until February 4, 2025, Blum Asset Management Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Blum Cash Soles Mutual Fund", mainly referring to: (i) the creation of quota series, (ii) performance comparator, (iii) subscription and redemption procedure, (iv) reference day for the assignment of the quota value, (v) means and hours of service, and (vi) fees and expenses of the fund;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Blum Asset Management Company S.A. has complied with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 188-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Blum Cash Soles Mutual Fund", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 24, 2025.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Blum Asset Management Company S.A. and to the Credit Bank of Peru, in its capacity as custodian.
