The file No. 2024045619 initiated by Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 203-2025-SMV/10.2 dated February 07, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until February 05, 2025, Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the securities investment mutual fund named “Blum Capital Global Fondo Mutuo” and to the Participation Regulations of the mutual funds under its administration; That, regarding the Participation Regulation, the modifications mainly refer to the rights of the participant, placement and allocation of quotas, terms for acquiring the status of participant, scheduled subscriptions and redemptions, redemption procedure, shareholding of the administrator, among others; In relation to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the securities investment mutual fund named “Blum Capital Global Fondo Mutuo,” the main modifications are to the denomination, typology, objective and investment policy, performance comparison indicator, subscription and redemption procedure, reference day for the allocation of the quota value, means and hours of service, risk factors, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 203-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the securities investment mutual fund named “Blum Capital Global Fondo Mutuo,” now named “Blum Capital Global Fondo de Fondos Fondo Mutuo,” as well as the Participation Regulation applicable to the mutual funds administered by Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A., in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Participation Regulation, Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 26, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. and to the Credit Bank of Peru, in its capacity as custodian.
