The General Superintendent of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026005296 presented by Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. and Report No. 197-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, through file 2024002722 of January 22, 2024, the registration of the investment fund named "Fondo Visión Largo Plazo Global – Fondo de Inversión" was ordered under the Simplified Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Article 120 letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Participants, as developed in Report No. 197-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund named "Fondo Visión Largo Plazo Global – Fondo de Inversión" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv)
