HAVING SEEN:

File 2025006020 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company, as well as Report No. 376-2025-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named “Fondo de Fondos IF XXIII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023051505 on December 13, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named “Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV Mutual Fund Program”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Mutual Investment Funds and their Administrators Regulation, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of its term, as developed in Report No. 376-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in
securities named “Fondo de Fondos IF XXIII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV”, from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
