The file No. 2025008285 initiated by Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 438-2025-SMV/10.2 of April 1 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until April 1, 2025, Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Blum Dynamic Macro Strategy Mutual Fund", referring to modifications on: i) cut-off time, ii) increase in the unified commission, and iii) means and hours of service; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 438-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Blum Dynamic Macro Strategy Mutual Fund", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on April 1, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Blum
