The file No. 2025014315 submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 453-2025- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LV FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024000908 on January 8, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXVI FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024020657 on May 6, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXVIII FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024034706 on August 12, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital 3M Dólar Seguro I FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024046559 on November 8, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Dólar Seguro", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital Renta Optimizada Institucional VII FMIV" was registered in file No. 2024031260 on July 22, 2024 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators has been verified, whereby the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 453-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in
securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LV FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXVI FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXVIII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital 3M Dólar Seguro I FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Renta Optimizada Institucional VII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv ).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp
