File No. 2026009878 presented by Grupo Coril
Fund Administrator Company S.A. and Report No. 528-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities; CONSIDERING:
That, through File No. 2025002180, the registration of the investment fund named "Fondo Prime Yield Soles 1 - Investment Fund", as well as the corresponding Participation Regulation, under the Simplified Regime, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered; That, compliance with Article 120, letter c) of the Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies Regulations, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified; therefore, it corresponds to exclude the investment fund by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as developed in Report No. 528-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with Article 38, numeral 7 of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund named "Fondo Prime Yield Soles 1 - Investment Fund" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv )
