The file No. 2025009664 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF 38 Custodia Dólares FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024001206 on January 10 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Dollar Custody Mutual Funds Program", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with a submission presented on March 5, 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company submitted the Custodian letter for the exclusion of the mutual fund IF 38 Custodia Dólares FMIV from the REGISTRY. That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is appropriate due to the expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment
fund in securities named "IF 38 Custodia Dólares FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to
