File 2026016020, submitted by Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company; CONSIDERING:
That the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 33 Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024038518 on September 10, 2024, as part of the program of mutual funds named "Program of Mutual Funds Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1; That Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company submitted the Custodian Letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY; That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to the expiration of its term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 33 Rendimiento Global 360
FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to
