HAVING SEEN:

The file No. 2025009529 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 552-2025-SMV/10.2 of April 29, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings presented until April 21, 2025, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Sura Corto Plazo Soles FMIV", referring to the definition of share series by type of clients; minimum amounts for initial subscription, subsequent subscriptions, redemptions, and holding periods for each series, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. has complied with: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 552-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Sura Corto Plazo Soles FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on May 16, 2025.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
