The file No. 2025009696 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 578-2025- SMV/10.2 of May 06, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until April 30, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Short-Term Conservative Dollars FMIV", referring to the investment objective and policy, contribution to the Securities Market Superintendence and risk factors; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with what is established in: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 578-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established by article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Short-Term Conservative Dollars FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on May 19, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
