File No. 2025012098 initiated by Credicorp
Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 611-2025- SMV/10.2 of May 9, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until May 9, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendency to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Activos Preferentes FMIV", referring to the performance comparison indicator and means of attention; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with what is provided in article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015- SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 611-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Activos Preferentes FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on May 29, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
