File No. 2025011384 initiated by Fonbienes Perú Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 609- 2025-SMV/10.2 of May 14, 2025; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until May 13, 2025, Fonbienes Perú Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested authorization from the Securities Market Superintendency for the program to be named "Inmobiliario 132 - FBP010", and its respective model of contract; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Fonbienes Perú Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with what is established by: (i) articles 19, 20, 21 and 95 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Administrator Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02. This, for the authorization of the program to be named "Inmobiliario 132 - FBP010" and its respective contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 609-2025- SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in article 38, numeral 5, paragraphs ix and x, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendency. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Authorize the program named
"Inmobiliario 132 - FBP010", as well as its respective contract model and order

Article 2nd.- The authorization referred to in article 1 of
this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendency recommends the celebration of contracts within the framework of the aforementioned program or expresses a favorable opinion on its quality.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
in the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transmit this resolution to
