The file No. 2025010327 initiated by Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., as well as Report No. 712-2025-SMV/10.2 of June 02 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented on May 23 and 29 2025, Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., requested the Securities Market Superintendence the registration of modifications to the simplified prospectus and
annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities
denominated "Independent Fixed Income Fund of Funds FMIV", referred to the denomination, expenses, minimum holding period of the fund, operational aspects of the distributive series, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., has complied with what is established in: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by Resolution Conasev No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as it is developed in Report No. 712-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided by article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund of investment in securities denominated "Independent Fixed Income Fund of Funds FMIV" whose denomination will be modified to "Flip Panda Zen Fund of Funds FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on June 16, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this
resolution on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Flip
