The file No. 2025010325 initiated by Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., as well as Report No. 715-2025-SMV/10.2 of June 2, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until May 23, 2025, Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendency to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Independiente PMG FMIV,” referring to the denomination, expenses, minimum holding period of the fund, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) as well as what is stated by the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 715-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is established by Article 38, numeral 6, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Independiente PMG FMIV” whose name will be modified to “Flip Búho Consciente Fondo Mutuo,” in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on June 16, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Flip Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., and to the Bank of Credit of Peru, in its capacity as custodian.
