The file No. 2025012470 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 783-2025- SMV/10.2 of June 10, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until June 06, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Visión II FMIV", referring to the denomination, objective and investment policy, use of derivative instruments without hedging purposes, performance comparison indicator, means of attention and expenses borne by the fund; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with what is provided in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 783-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided by Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Visión II FMIV",

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on June 27, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
