File No. 2025026043 submitted by Blum
Fund Administrator Company S.A. and Report No. 822-2025-SMV/10.2 drafted by the General Supervision of Entities; CONSIDERING:
That, through file 2022001574 dated January 17, 2022, the registration of the investment fund named "Blum Renta Alternativa Investment Fund", as well as the corresponding Participation Regulation, under the Simplified Regime in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered; That, compliance with Article 120 letter c) of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its modifications, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as developed in Report No. 822- 2025- SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund
denominated "Blum Renta Alternativa Investment Fund" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv )
