CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon XLVI FMIV" was registered via file No. 2023040599 on September 25, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LX FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024010142 on March 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXXVI FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024038091 on September 6, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXV FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024032901 on July 31, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is required due to the expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in
securities named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon XLVI FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LX FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXXVI FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXV FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp
