The file No. 2025022342 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 935-2025-SMV/10.2 dated July 14, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until July 4, 2025, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence the registration of modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo SURA Fixed Term Soles VII FMIV", referred mainly to the validity period, duration of the investment portfolio, recommended investment period, minimum holding period, unified commission, placing agent, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. has complied with: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 935- 2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo SURA Fixed Term Soles VII FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on July 30, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transmit this resolution to Fondos
Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
