The File 2025029265, presented by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A.; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M VI FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024043293 on October 17 of 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Investment Funds in Soles III", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 6M XXIII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024043262 on October 17, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Investment Funds in Dollars III", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with writings presented on July 3 and 4, 2025, Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A. presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is required due to the expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in
securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M VI FMIV" and "SF Renta Dólares 6M XXIII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Scotia
