The file No. 2025025002 initiated by Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1070-2025-SMV/10.2 dated August 5, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until August 1, 2025, Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A., requested the registration under the general regime of the investment fund named Coril Short and Medium-Term Instruments 17 – Investment Fund, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation carried out on the documentation presented it has been determined that Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A. has complied with what is established in articles 9 and 23 of the Law of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, Legislative Decree No. 862 and its amendments; article 30 and Annex G of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and, in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, in force at the date of presentation of the request, for the registration of the investment fund mentioned in the previous paragraph, as it is developed in Report No. 1070-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in article 1, letter b), of the Single Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its modifying norms; and article 38, numerals 6 and 7 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the investment fund
called Coril Short and Medium-Term Instruments 17 – Investment Fund, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market and of its respective participation regulations.
Article 2nd.- The publicity carried out by Grupo Coril
Fund Management Company S.A., to promote the investment fund referred to in
article 1st of this resolution, must not induce error or confusion and
must be subject to the conditions provided in Annex B of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies.
Article 3rd.- The registration referred to in article 1st
of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence recommends the subscription of quotas in the investment fund or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.
Article 4th.- Grupo Coril Fund Management Company
S.A. must include in the participation regulations referred to in article 1st of this resolution, the number and date of the resolution that orders the registration of the investment fund and of its respective participation regulations, as well as the effective date.
Article 5th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (https://www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 6th.- Transmit this resolution to Grupo
Coril Fund Management Company S.A.
