The File 2025024992, submitted by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING:
That, the securities investment mutual fund named "IF 41 Custodia Dólares FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024034347 on August 09 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Second Dollar Custody Mutual Funds Program", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (in the future, REGISTRY); That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXVIII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024017663 on April 23, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Program of Mutual Funds Fondo de Fondos IF Global Performance FMIV", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the cases set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATION, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company submitted the Custody letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATION has been verified. Consequently, it corresponds to the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term; and, Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds
in securities named "IF 41 Custodia Dólares FMIV" and "Fondo de Fondos IF XXVIII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to
