HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025022235 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF, as well as Report No. 1154-2025-SMV/10.2 dated August 19, 2025, from the General Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted up to August 19, 2025, BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF requested the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Soles 1 FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF has complied with the provisions of: (i) Articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, in force at the date the application was submitted, as developed in Report No. 1154-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 1, paragraph b) of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its modifying norms; as well as Article 38, items 6) and 7) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Soles 1 FMIV", its simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in Article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence

recommends the subscription of quotas of the aforementioned mutual investment fund in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF must submit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex to the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
