File No. 2025037583 submitted by Sigma
Investment Fund Management Company S.A. and Report No. 1185-2025- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities; CONSIDERING:
That, through file 2019016973 dated May 9, 2019, the registration of the investment fund named “Sigma - FI Leasop V”, as well as the corresponding Participation Regulation, was ordered, under the Simplified Regime in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with Article 120 letter c) of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Participants, as developed in the Report No. 1185-2025- SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund
denominated “Sigma- FI Leasop V in Liquidation” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv )
