The File 2025037408, submitted by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A.; CONSIDERING:
That, the securities investment mutual fund named "SF Institutional income $ VII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2022020637 on May 13, 2022, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Securities Investment and their Management Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATION, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with writings presented on August 22, 2025, Scitia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. submitted the custody letter for the exclusion of said fund from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATION has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of said mutual fund is required due to expiration of term; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities investment mutual fund named "SF Institutional income $ VII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
