SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 1715-2024-SMV/10.2 of December 19, 2024, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, the “Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles IV FMIV” was registered in file No. 2023042510 on October 11, 2023, under the “Program of Sura Fixed Term Soles Mutual Funds”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1715-2024-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities
named “Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles IV FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
