HAVING SEEN:

The file 2024050266 presented by Interfondos
S.A. Fund Administrating Company, as well as Report No. 1739-2024-SMV/10.2 developed by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "IF 35 Custodia Dólares FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023044498 on October 24 of 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds Custodia Dólares", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrating Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its modifications, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as is developed in Report No. 1739-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in
securities named "IF 35 Custodia Dólares FMIV", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
