Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company and Report No. 1764-2024-SMV/10.2 dated December 27, 2024; CONSIDERING:
That, Article 50 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.1.1 and its modifications, has established the requirements that an administrator company of funds must present in order to obtain authorization to proceed with the merger of mutual funds; That, by General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 079-2022-SMV/10.2 dated July 4, 2022 and General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. No. 40-2012-SMV/10.2 dated May 14 2012, the registration of the mutual investment funds in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" and "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV", respectively, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectuses, was ordered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company requested authorization to carry out an absorption merger in which the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" will be absorbed by the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV"; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented up to December 26, 2024, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company has met the necessary requirements to carry out the merger of the mutual investment funds in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" and "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV", for which it presented the information and documentation required by: (i) Article 50 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the SMV, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1764- 2024-SMV/10.2;

Fund Administrator Company requested the registration of modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulations of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV", referring to the reduction of the minimum amount of the initial subscription and of the additional subscriptions, as well as the reduction in the minimum amount of redemptions and the minimum balance of permanence; That, the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" will be absorbed and will extinguish upon the entry into force of the merger. Consequently, its assets, as well as rights and obligations, will become part of the assets of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV". Likewise, the participation shares of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" will cease to exist and, as a result of the application of a swap factor, shares of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV" will be issued; That, taking into consideration what is set forth in the paragraphs above, the exclusion of the fund denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market must be ordered, from the date of entry into force of the merger; and Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 1, letter b, of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126; Article 38, numeral 5, item vii; and numeral 7 of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF. RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Authorize the absorption merger of the mutual
investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" by the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV".
Article 2.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company must publish on its website or in a newspaper of national circulation, a notice containing the most relevant aspects of the merger, its date of entry into force, and the indication that participants of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación
FMIV" have the right to redeem their shares without being subject to the application of the redemption fee during the period of fifteen (15) business days counted from the day following the date of said publication. This publication must be carried out prior to January 9, 2025.
Article 3.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company must send to the participants of the fund denominated
"Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" a communication containing the information detailed in the previous paragraph, no later than on the date on which said publication is carried out.
Article 4.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company must publish on its website or in a newspaper of national circulation, a notice containing the modifications to the "Fondo de Fondos

Article 5.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company must send to the participants of the fund denominated
"Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV" a communication containing the information detailed in the previous paragraph, no later than on the date on which said publication is carried out.
Article 6.- The authorization referred to in the preceding Article 1 will enter into force on February 7, 2025.
Article 7.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación
FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market from the date of entry into force of the merger.
Article 8.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company must inform the SMV within a period of five (5) business days counted from the date of entry into force of the merger of the results of the
same, including among others, the number of participants of the mutual investment fund in securities absorbed "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Latam Innovación FMIV" on the date of the merger, the number of participants who exercised the right to redemption without being subject to fees, and the number of shares issued by the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Acciones Latam FMIV" as a result of the merger.
Article 9.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency
(www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 10.- Transcribe this resolution to
Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
