The file No. 2025041194 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 1437-2025- SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until October 7 of 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the registration of a mutual fund program named "Global Investment", as well as the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Global Investment I FMIV", within the framework of said program, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been verified that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with what is provided in: (i) articles 37, 38, 45-A, 45-B, 45-C, 73 and 74 of the Regulations of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Administrator Companies; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; and (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency; as developed in Report No. 1437-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided in article 38, numerals 6 and 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual fund program
named "Global Investment" and the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Global Investment I FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1 of
this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendency recommends the subscription of quotas of the cited securities investment mutual fund or other mutual funds of the program or expresses a favorable opinion on their profitability or quality.
Article 3rd.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund
Administrator must send to the Securities Market Superintendency the updated version of the program, simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
