HAVING SEEN:

File 2026015248, submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Global Investment I FMIV" was registered via General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 170-2025-SMV/10.2 on October 10, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Global Investment", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1;

That Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to expiration of term corresponds; and,

In accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Global Investment I FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
