The General Superintendent of Entity Supervision

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2024051390 initiated by Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 67-2025-SMV/10.2 dated January 15, 2025;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until December 16, 2024, Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested from the Securities Market Superintendence the authorization of the program to be named "Plan 12" and its respective contract model;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with what is provided in: (i) articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 26 and 95 of the Regulation of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02. This is for the authorization of the program to be named "Plan 12" and its respective contract model, as well as for its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 67-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to what is provided in article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix and x, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence.

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Authorize the program named "Plan 12", as well as its respective contract model and order its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A..
