File No. 2024040126 initiated by EAFC
Maquisismo S.A., as well as Report No. 1669-2024-SMV/10.2 dated December 13, 2024; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision Resolution of Entities No. 032-2023-SMV/10.2 dated March 10, 2023, authorization was granted for the collective fund program named “A2”, as well as its respective contract models to be used by EAFC Maquisismo S.A. for its administration, and it was ordered that they be registered in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; That, through writings submitted until December 5, 2024, EAFC Maquisismo S.A. requested authorization for the modification of the contract models used in the management of the “A2” program; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that EAFC Maquisismo S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in article 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Managing Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, for the authorization of modifications to the contract models, as well as for their inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 1669- 2024-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided in article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix) and x), of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence.

Article 1st.- Authorize the modification of the contract models used by EAFC Maquisismo S.A. in the management of the “A2” program, and order their inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2nd.- The modifications referred to in the preceding article will enter into force on the next business day following the communication indicated in the last paragraph of article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Managing Companies.
Article 3rd.- The modifications referred to in article 1° of this resolution will be applicable to the groups that are formed after their entry into force.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to EAFC Maquisismo S.A.
