Global Magnitsky and Russia-related Designations Removals
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has removed specific individuals and entities from the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List. The deletions include Andriy Volodymyrovych Portnov and his associated charitable fund, as well as Vladimir Aleksandrovich Dmitriev and Frederic Pierre Villa. These removals affect designations previously imposed under the Global Magnitsky and Russia-related Executive Orders.
