Guideline on specific consent to use banking names and descriptions
The regulator issued Guideline 1.4.1 on 27 February 2026 to update the requirements for authorized institutions seeking specific consent to use banking names and descriptions. This document supersedes the previous guideline from November 2000 and aligns with the current Guide to Authorization Chapter 7 regarding restrictions on the use of banking names.
