The document amends existing guidelines by replacing Guidelines 11, 15, 18, 19, 23, and 26 to establish procedures for the transfer of derivative data between Trade Repositories under EMIR. It mandates that voluntary data transfers include only the latest state of outstanding derivatives, while transfers resulting from a Trade Repository's withdrawal of registration must include all derivative details, reporting logs, and rejection data in a specified order. National Competent Authorities are required to notify ESMA of their compliance status within two months of publication, whereas Trade Repositories and reporting counterparties are exempt from such reporting obligations.
