Imposition of Special Measures Prohibiting Certain Transmittals of Funds Involving CIBanco S.A., Intercam Banco S.A., and Vector Casa de Bolsa; Extension of Effective Date
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network extends the effective date of special measures prohibiting certain fund transmittals involving CIBanco S.A., Intercam Banco S.A., and Vector Casa de Bolsa to October 20, 2025. These measures target the three Mexican financial institutions, which were identified as being of primary money laundering concern in connection with illicit opioid trafficking. The extension applies to the original orders issued in June 2025 and previously amended in July 2025, keeping all other provisions of those orders unchanged.
