Financial entities supervised by the Bank of Portugal are required to submit an annual Unified Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Prevention Report (RPB) by February 28 each year, replacing previous separate reporting obligations. The report must be submitted via the BPnet system and includes specific sections on internal control systems, payment and e-money institutions, self-assessment questionnaires, and opinions from administrative and supervisory bodies. Financial institutions must also immediately notify the regulator of any changes to key compliance, audit, and administrative personnel details.
