International Criminal Court-related Designation

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has added Francesca Paola Albanese to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List. This designation is issued pursuant to Executive Order 14203 and relates to the International Criminal Court. The individual, an Italian national born in 1977, is subject to asset freezes and transaction prohibitions under U.S. sanctions.
