The Securities Commission of The Bahamas directs all licensees and registrants to report any positive matches for the newly listed individual, Abd El Hamid Salim Ibrahim Burkan Al-Khatouni, to the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Office of the Attorney General within 24 hours of the notice's issuance. Submissions must include completed Targeted Financial Sanctions Reporting Forms and confirmations of compliance must be sent to the Commission. Failure to submit these required reports constitutes an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $250,000.00, and non-compliant entities may face disciplinary action including a minimum fine of $200.00 per day.
