The Central Bank of Brazil issues Joint Normative Instruction No. 2 to amend the Filling Instructions and Layout of Document 3050, which reports aggregated credit and leasing statistics to the Credit Information System (SCR). The regulation removes reporting requirements for minimum/maximum rates, new contract counts, and overdue levels for free and directed resources, while also excluding specific revolving credit card segments from the TXB layout. These changes, effective for the data base of January 7, 2022, update operational fee calculations and credit definitions, revoking Circular Letter No. 3,811 of 2017.
The Head of the Statistics Department (DSTAT) and the Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), in the exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Article 23, item I, subsection "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of said Regulations, and having in view the provisions of Resolution No. 4,571 of May 26, 2017, Circular No. 3,870 of December 19, 2017, and Circular Letter No. 3,869 of March 19, 2018,
