2017-03-23 | Carta Circular 3811Added · Updated
This Circular Letter amends the reporting requirements for credit card revolving operations submitted via document code 3050 to the Credit Information System (SCR). It mandates that such operations for individuals and legal entities in the Free Resources Credit segment be disaggregated into two specific categories: Revolving Credit Card - Normal Course and Revolving Credit Card - Overdue. Additionally, installment financing of remaining revolving credit balances is classified under the new category Revolving Credit Card - Migrated Installment. These changes apply to all relevant financial institutions and become effective on April 3, 2017, with updated filling instructions available on the Central Bank's website.
