Launch of OFAC Reconsideration Portal

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) launched a new online Reconsideration Portal for submitting delisting petitions and requesting underlying non-privileged information. This action updates FAQ 897, introduces new FAQ 1261, and publishes two quick-reference guides on delisting petition best practices. OFAC is transitioning away from email submissions to streamline the adjudication process for listed persons.
